All bookings must be accompanied by a deposit equal to your first night’s stay.
This can be taken over the phone by bank transfer or via our website.
Final payment is accepted by credit/debit card or cash. We do not take cheques.
If you need to cancel your stay, please advise us as soon as possible, at least 7 days before your arrival for a full refund.
If you cancel within 7 days, we will refund you if we are able to re-let the room, or you can rebook for another date.
We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover for unexpected cancellations.
We will only cancel your accommodation in exceptional circumstances, and a full refund will be given.
